Team Sessions

The Team Sessions page offers a cross-filtering and statistical analysis tool for the history of assessments for one or more teams in the Organisation.

1. Team Filtering

The selection bar at the top of the page displays the list of teams in the Organisation. You can:

  • Select one or more teams by clicking on their name.
  • Click on Select all to include all teams.
  • Click on Reset to clear the selection.

You can configure the filtering logic via the logical operator selector:

  • OR Operator: Displays sessions involving at least one of the selected teams.
  • AND operator: Restricts the display to sessions that simultaneously associate all selected teams.

2. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

When a team selection is active, a statistics panel appears on the right side of the screen. The Indicators tab displays four key cards:

  • Responses: The sum of all individual responses recorded.
  • Pivot rate: The percentage of responses modified by participants between the initial and final stage.
  • Majority alignment: The predominant alignment level across all responses (Recognise, Connect or Leverage).
  • Participants: The cumulative number of people who joined the filtered sessions.

3. Distribution Graph

The Distribution tab of the statistics panel displays a pie chart illustrating the overall distribution of votes for the active selection. This chart details the proportion of responses distributed across the three levels: Recognise, Connect, and Leverage.
