Comparative Analysis (Insights)

The Insights section allows you to overlay and compare indicators from multiple sessions or different teams to analyse progress or identify alignment disparities.

1. Accessing and Selecting Items to Compare

To access this space, go to the Insights section of the sidebar. The interface is organised around two distinct tabs depending on the desired area of analysis.

Compare Sessions (Sessions tab)

This view is used to measure the evolution of a group from one session to the next. To be comparable, the selected sessions must share a minimum similarity in configuration:

  • finalised status: Both sessions must be completed or cancelled.
  • Distinct identity: You must select two different sessions.
  • Identical presentation configuration: Sessions must use the same question display order (determining whether the statement or the question is displayed first).
  • Compatible team target: Sessions must target at least one team in common, or both must be configured as open to the entire Organisation.

Based on these similarity criteria, the system automatically filters eligible sessions, then extracts and compares all the questions they have in common based on their unique identifiers. Next, click the Compare sessions button to generate the analysis.

Compare Teams (Teams tab)

This view allows us to benchmark two distinct groups within the Organisation. Select the first team (Team A) from the first dropdown menu, then the second team (Team B) from the second menu, then click the Compare Teams button.

2. The Comparative Dashboard

Once the comparison is launched, the platform displays an analytical dashboard overlaying the data in different formats:

Scoreboard

The header displays the names of the two entities being compared along with their respective consensus scores as large indicators, allowing for an immediate comparison of overall alignment.

Metrics Grid

Four key indicators are compared side by side in the form of progress gauges:

  • Participation rate: The proportion of active members who responded to the questionnaire.
  • Adaptability (Change Rate): The percentage of participants who changed their initial response during Phase 2 (group discussion).
  • Overall consensus: The overall level of agreement reached across the entire questionnaire.
  • Volume of activity: The total number of participants (for comparing sessions) or the number of sessions conducted (for comparing teams).

Radar Chart

A radar chart simultaneously displays the average scores of both entities across all questions they have in common. Each entity is represented by a distinct colored line, highlighting the relative strengths and areas for improvement of each group.

Dynamic Synthesis Panel

This side panel displays a text summary of the overall results. Tabs allow you to switch the summary sheet from entity A to entity B.

Overall Distribution of Responses

This section compares the overall distribution of all responses according to the three stages of transcultural maturity: Recognise, Connect and Leverage.

Comparison by Question

A detailed list allows each question to be inspected individually. It compares the average score obtained by each entity with the numerical difference (delta), and provides the precise distribution of responses to phases 1 (individual reflection) and 2 (group discussion).

In addition, a Focus Mode switch allows questions with identical scores to be hidden, making it easier to focus the analysis on significant differences.
