Organisation Settings

This chapter explains how to configure Organisation information, manage data privacy and portability, and administer workspace security or deletion.

1. Access Settings

The Organisation's overall administration options are located in the Settings section of the sidebar. This configuration is divided into three separate pages.

The first page concerns the general profile of the Organisation.

The second page concerns the export and portability of the Organisation's data.

The third page concerns the danger zone and the removal of the workspace.

2. Organisation Profile

On the Organisation's profile page, Managers and Owners can change the Organisation's name (the label displayed in the Hub and across all dashboards).

3. Data Confidentiality & Portability

On the privacy page, Owners have the option to export all of the Organisation's data as a structured JSON file.

To do this, click on the export button:

A JSON file is then downloaded, containing all the Organisation's metadata, the complete member directory, the library (teams and presets) and the complete history of evaluation sessions.

4. Organisational Security

On the security page, the administration of the danger zone is protected by specific rights.

Rights and Restrictions

For Managers and non-creator Owners, an informational message is displayed to inform them that they do not have the necessary rights to delete the workspace.

Only the original creator of the Organisation has access to deletion controls.

Removal Procedure

The Organisation's dismantling is final and irreversible. It destroys immediately the workspace, its library, the members' directory and the history of all sessions.

To initiate the deletion, the original Creator must perform the following steps.

Step 1. Click the delete Organisation button:

Step 2. Enter the exact name of the organisation in the confirmation field.

Step 3. Enter your personal account password to definitively validate the action.
