Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "TOS") define the contractual framework applicable to any user accessing the ELEVATE platform. Accessing or using this service constitutes unreserved acceptance of these terms.

In compliance with Article 6 of French Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 for Confidence in the Digital Economy (LCEN), the legal disclosures of the platform are detailed below:

2. Purpose and Services of the Platform

The ELEVATE platform is an evaluation and diagnostic tool designed for professional organisations to analyse, measure, and support the integrity and organisational maturity of teams.

3. European Union Funding

This platform has been developed under the ELEVATE project, supported and co-funded by the European Union. Views and opinions expressed are however those of the authors only and do not necessarily reflect those of the European Union, which cannot be held responsible for them.

4. Account Access and Security

Access to services requires the creation of an individual account. The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials. Any unauthorised access or suspected security breach must be immediately reported to the Publisher.

5. Intellectual Property and Copyrights

All content, logos, source codes, databases, questionnaires, brands, and documentations of the ELEVATE platform are protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorised extraction, reproduction, or exploitation will result in legal prosecution.

6. Exclusions of Liability

The Publisher strives to ensure continuous availability, without any obligation of result. The Publisher cannot be held liable for temporary interruptions, accidental data loss, hardware incompatibility, or damages resulting from force majeure.
