This chapter explains how Managers and Owners administer the Organisation's library by defining respondent teams and question presets.
The Organisation's library is a shared administrative resource within your workspace. Any manager or owner can view, create, modify, or delete items there. It centralises two key aspects of your evaluations:
Teams within the Organisation allow employees to be grouped together to structure participation and analysis. Unlike simple mailing lists, their configuration serves two major objectives: access restriction and collective analysis.
When launching a session, you can target one or more specific teams. Only employees belonging to those teams will then be allowed to join the session. Furthermore, this allows you to generate targeted alignment indicators in your analyses.
To create a team, go to the Teams section and initiate the creation process. Once the group is named, simply select the collaborators from the Organisation's directory to add them.
The presets are reusable templates. They allow you to focus assessment sessions on specific areas, such as work styles or non-verbal communication.
To configure a preset, go to the Presets section and use the create button. Enter a title and a description, then select the questions to include.
The order of the questions can be customised directly from the list by dragging the questions to the desired position. This order will be the one presented to participants during the session.
To help you get started, ELEVATE provides you with pre-established presets created by experts in the Presets tab.
At the top of the presets table, you can expand the list of standard platform presets. If one of them meets your needs, you can Duplicate it (via the + icon) to instantly import it into your local library.
Once copied, this preset becomes completely independent: you can rename it, add your own questions or delete some to adjust it to your context.
All teams and presets can be managed from their respective dashboards. To modify or delete an item, use the ... action menu located at the end of the row.
For grouped operations, check the boxes at the beginning of the line and then confirm the deletion of the selection using the dedicated button:
