All Sessions

The All sessions page centralises all evaluations created and archived across the active Organisation. It is accessible to managers and owners to ensure overall monitoring of participation.

The data is filtered based on the active Organisation. If you switch between Organisations using the selector at the top of the sidebar, the list automatically updates to show only sessions from the selected space.

1. Access

In the Organisation Space section of the sidebar, click on Sessions and then on the History tab. By default, the lower-level tab All Sessions is active.

2. Overall List of Sessions

The table lists the complete history. Each line groups several pieces of information:

  • Date and code: The date and time of session creation, along with its unique identification code (for example # 723464).
  • Status: The state of the session (In progress, Completed, Paused or Cancelled).
  • Presenter and teams: The name of the collaborator who started the session and the badges of the target teams. If no group was targeted, "Open to all" is indicated.
  • Details: The total duration of the session (displayed in hours and minutes) or an animated icon indicating that the session is in progress, as well as the configured language.

3. Search Tools and Filters

A search bar located above the table allows you to filter the list by entering the presenter's name, the session code, or a team.

Cumulative filters are also available to target sessions based on their status, language of operation, or associated teams.
