Session Details

The session report provides an in-depth analysis of the results of a specific assessment. It allows Managers and Owners to study the distribution of votes per question as well as the evolution of participants' thinking.

In accordance with the platform's terms of use, the data displayed in this report is fully anonymised to preserve the freedom of expression of respondents.

1. Session Information

The report header displays a summary of the evaluation's characteristics:

  • The title of the session.
  • The unique identification code (for example # 723464).
  • The name of the presenter and the language used.
  • The targeted teams and the closing date.

You can click the Export PDF button in the top right corner to generate a PDF file of the report or print it directly. The layout will automatically adjust to hide the platform's navigation menus.

2. Overall Statistics

The right-hand sidebar summarises session participation and alignment through two tabs:

  • Indicators: Displays the number of participants, the actual number of respondents, the overall pivot rate (percentage of modified responses) and the number of questions asked.
  • Distribution: Presents a cumulative distribution graph of responses across the three alignment levels.

3. Question Analysis

The main body of the report details the results for each question in the questionnaire.

Change Rate

If the assessment was conducted in two phases (an initial phase with a statement only, followed by a final phase with a full question), a badge indicates the percentage of participants who changed their choice. This badge is colored green for a low or moderate change rate (less than or equal to 30%) and orange for a high rate (greater than 30%), signaling a significant shift in the initial perception.

Distribution Graph

For each question, one or two graphs display the distribution of votes. If changes occurred between phases, two separate graphs allow for a comparison of the evolution of responses.

Justifications for the Changes

If participants who changed their answer entered an explanatory comment, a dropdown menu Change reasons appears at the bottom of the question card. Clicking on it takes you to a list of anonymous comments written by respondents to explain their reasoning.
