Join a Session

To participate in a group assessment, respondents must first log in to the active session. This step is accessible to everyone, whether the participant already has an account or joins the assessment anonymously.

Go to the Login Page

There are several ways to access the page for joining a session.

From the site's public homepage, a dedicated button provides direct access to the form.

From the application's sidebar, logged-in users have a direct link in their navigation menu.

Join a session

It is also possible to directly type the internet address of the login page into the browser.

Connection Methods

Respondents can use two different methods to connect to the ongoing assessment.

The first method involves manually entering the unique six-character code provided by the session facilitator. This code is displayed prominently on the projection screen.

The second method uses a QR code. Participants can scan the QR code displayed on the screen using their mobile device's camera. This automatically opens the assessment.

It is also possible to scan the QR code directly from your computer or phone's browser. To do this, the participant must go to the dedicated tab on the login page and allow the browser to access their camera. The integrated scanner will then automatically detect the session's QR code.

If the browser does not support this feature or if camera access is denied, an information message is displayed inviting the participant to return to manually entering the code.
