Participant Flow

This page presents the user journey of a participant joining a group assessment session.

1. Join the Session

To participate in an assessment, the respondent must log in to the active session. Detailed explanations regarding access and login methods are available on the dedicated page for Join a Session.

The participant can access the access form via a button on the platform's home page or by selecting the login button in the application's sidebar if they have a logged-in account.

The connection can be made by entering the six-digit code displayed on the presenter's screen. It can also be made by scanning the QR code projected on the screen, either using a smartphone camera or by using the image viewer integrated directly into the browser from the login page.

2. Waiting Room and Tutorial

Once the connection is established, the participant accesses the assessment and enters the waiting room.

The interface indicates that the connection was successful and prompts you to wait while the host officially starts the session.

During the presentation of the five-step tutorial projected by the presenter on the main screen, a waiting screen appears on the participant's terminal. The participant is then invited to follow the methodological explanations projected on the presenter's screen.

3. Answers to Questions

When the facilitator asks the first question, the participant's interface automatically adapts according to the current phase.

In the mode where the statement is displayed first, the participant immediately sees the question and its three answer options. They select their choice to record their initial vote. During the subsequent group discussion phase, they can modify or confirm their choice and write an explanatory note in the free text field.

In the mode where the open-ended question is displayed first, only the question prompt is shown initially. The voting options remain hidden. The participant begins to think and discuss with the group. As soon as the facilitator reveals the answers, the three choices appear. The participant then casts their final vote, enters their explanatory comment, and submits their answer. In this mode, no changes to the vote are possible after submission.

The explanatory text field to justify your choice is optional.

4. Results and Closure Phase

When the facilitator projects the results of the current question, the participant's screen displays a waiting image. The participant is invited to observe the collective results and follow the discussion.

Once the questionnaire is fully completed, the participant arrives at the summary page. There, they can enter feedback or general remarks about the session. This summary comment is entirely optional and is only used if the participant wishes to add a specific note.

After validation of the summary or closure of the session by the facilitator, a thank you message is displayed to confirm that their participation has been taken into account.
