Profile & Security Settings

This chapter explains how to manage your personal profile, secure your account, and exercise your rights regarding personal data.

1. Access Profile Settings

To access your profile and modify your personal settings, you can use the dedicated button in the Hub's sidebar.

You can also open the profile menu located in the application header on any screen.

This personal configuration space contains three main sections.

The first section allows you to configure your general identity.

The second section covers security and password management.

The third section presents the legal notices as well as the confidentiality of your data.

2. Managing Your Identity

In the section dedicated to your profile, you can update your personal display information.

You can change your first and last name as displayed on the platform.

You can also change the email address used for login and for receiving system notifications.

3. Account Security

In the security section, you can change your password to secure your access.

To save a new password, you must enter your current password to confirm the change.

4. Privacy & Data Rights (GDPR)

The platform is built in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can exercise all your rights in the legal and privacy notice section.

Export your Personal Data

You have a right to data portability. You can click the download button to export your complete account settings history, tracked sessions, and teams in JSON format.

Delete your Account (Right to be Forgotten)

If you wish to permanently close your user account, you have a permanent deletion button.

This action deletes your user profile and anonymises your previous responses to evaluation questionnaires to respect your right to be forgotten while avoiding distorting or truncating the overall statistics of the Organisations to which you belonged.

If you are the owner of an Organisation, you must transfer ownership or delete the Organisation before you can delete your user account.
