Account Access & Authentication

This chapter guides you step by step through the procedures for creating an account, logging in and retrieving your access credentials on the ELEVATE Self Assessment Tool (SAT) platform.


1. Create a New Account

Before you can use the ELEVATE Self Assessment Tool (SAT), join an Organisation, or respond to evaluation questionnaires, you must register an individual user profile.

Registration procedure:

  1. Go to the Registration page (accessible via the "Sign up" button on the homepage).
  2. Enter your personal information:
  • First name: Your preferred first name.
  • Last name: Your last name.
  • Email Address: Enter a valid email address. This address will serve as your unique login ID and will be used to receive professional invitations from Organisations.
  • Password: Choose a strong password that meets security standards (special characters, numbers and uppercase letters).
  1. Click on the submit button Sign Up.
  2. Once validated, you are automatically redirected to the global home portal, The Hub.

2. Connect to the Platform

If you already have an account set up on the ELEVATE SAT platform, you can log in to it to retrieve your access and workspaces.

Connection procedure:

  1. Go to the Login page.
  2. Enter your account credentials:
  • Email: The email address configured during your registration.
  • Password: The password associated with this email address.
  1. Click on the Continue button.
  2. The platform validates your login information and directs you to the Organisations tab on the Hub.

For security reasons, your session remains active for a period of time limited. If you remain inactive for too long, you may have to Please renew your login details for data privacy reasons.


3. Forgotten Password

In case of loss or forgetting of your access credentials, the platform includes a secure reset module via email.

Recovery Procedure:

  1. On the Login page, click on the hyperlink Forgot your password?.
  2. You are redirected to the recovery interface. Enter the email address associated with your original account.
  3. Click on Submit.
  4. Check your email inbox. You will receive an email containing a one-time use link with a limited validity period.
  5. Click the link you received to access the new password entry interface. Enter and confirm your new secure access key, then submit. You can now log in normally.
