The Hub is the main homepage and global control center for your ELEVATE profile. If you have created or are a member of more than one Organisation, the Hub allows you to choose which active Organisation you want to work with, or to create another.
The main tab Organisations groups together all the workspaces to which you have been attached (either because you created them, or because you were invited and accepted the invitation).
To load an Organisation's dashboard and start working on it, you have two complementary methods.
The first method involves clicking directly on the row. Simply click anywhere on the Organisation's row in the table to open its dashboard.
The second method uses the three-dot contextual actions menu located at the far right of the corresponding line.
Here is an example illustrating the structure of an Organisation row with its action menu open:
As illustrated above, the contextual options menu appears when you click the actions button. This menu offers several quick commands.
The Continue option allows you to open the workspace and load the associated dashboard.
The Settings option (if you have the required rights) allows direct access to the administrative configurations and settings of this Organisation.
The Leave Organisation option allows you to unsubscribe from this Organisation.
If you choose to leave the Organisation, you will immediately lose all your access to its dashboard, its evaluation sessions and its Shared library. If you were the sole Owner or Creator of origin of this Organisation, make sure to transfer your rights (the crown) to another member before leaving, under penalty of returning the space of orphan administration.
If you wish to use the platform for your own teams and do not yet have a dedicated workspace, you can create a new Organisation.
Step 1. On the Hub, make sure you are on the Organisations tab.
Step 2. Click the new Organisation button located in the upper right corner: New Organisation.
Step 3. A modal window opens. Enter the Organisation name (for example, the name of your company, department, or university).
Step 4. Click the confirmation button to validate the creation:
Step 5. The platform initialises the new workspace and automatically connects you to it.
By initiating the creation of an Organisation, the system assigns you automatically the supreme role of Creator Owner (holder of the Crown). You have full administrative rights to configure this new workspace.
