Presented Sessions

The Presented Sessions page contains the history of all assessment sessions that you have personally created, launched and facilitated within your active organisation.

This tab is only visible if your role is Manager or Owner. in the active organisation. If you are simply a Participant, the tab is hidden and any attempt to access it directly via URL will redirect you automatically to the Past Sessions tab.

1. Access

From the Personal Space section of the sidebar, click on My History then select the Presented sessions tab at the top of the page.

2. List of Sessions Presented

The table lists the complete history of the sessions you have facilitated. Each row contains several pieces of information:

  • Date and code: The date and time of creation of the session, accompanied by its unique identification code (for example #831295).
  • Status: The real-time state of the session (In progress, Completed, Paused or Cancelled).
  • Presenter and teams: Your name and the badges of the target teams.
  • Details: The total duration of the session (displayed in hours and minutes) or an animated icon indicating that the session is in progress, as well as the configured language.
  • Participants and votes (on widescreen only): The number of participants who joined the session and the total number of responses/votes recorded.

The session details and overall analysis report are directly accessible by clicking on the corresponding line. For more information on interpreting the collective results and graphs, consult the detailed documentation in Session Details.

3. Access to the Global Report

By clicking on a row in the table, you are redirected to the overall session report in the organisation space. This report provides an overview of the team diagnostic and includes summary indicators on participation, collective performance graphs, and a detailed breakdown of responses for each question.

To maintain the trust and psychological safety essential for honest responses, session reports are completely anonymised. Individual responses and explanatory comments are never linked to participants' names or email addresses in your facilitator view.

If the session is still active (ongoing or paused), clicking on the line will redirect you directly to the live presentation screen, not to the report.

For more details, see the documentation detailing the analysis of the results.
