Attended Sessions

The Past Sessions page lists all the assessment sessions you have attended within your active organisation. This is your personal view: only your own participations appear here.

The data is filtered based on the active organisation. If you switch organisations using the selector at the top of the sidebar, the history automatically adapts to reflect only the selected context.

1. Access

Go to the Personal Space section of the sidebar, then click on My History. By default, the Past Sessions tab is selected.

A second tab, Presented Sessions, is available at the top of the page if your role is Manager or Owner. This is detailed on the following page.

2. The List of Sessions

The table lists the complete history of your participation. Each line contains several pieces of information:

  • Date and code: The date and time the session started, along with its unique identification code (for example # 723464).
  • Status: The real-time state of the session (In progress, Completed, Paused or Cancelled).
  • Presenter and teams: The name of the employee who led the session and the badges of the target teams. If no group was targeted, "Open to all" is indicated.
  • Details: The total duration of the session (displayed in hours and minutes) or an animated icon indicating that the session is in progress, as well as the configured language.

The session details and your answers are directly accessible by clicking on the corresponding line. For more information on the interpretation of collective and individual results, consult the detailed documentation in Session Details.

The search bar at the top of the table allows you to quickly find a session by typing a name, code, date, or status. Additional filters by status, team and language are also available.

3. Detailed Individual Report

Clicking on any row in the table opens your individual report for that session. This report is strictly confidential: no one other than you can access it. Facilitators and other participants only see aggregated and anonymised team-level results.

Your individual responses are never shared with managers, owners, or other participants. The personal report is exclusively for your records.

The report lists all questions asked during the session, along with your answers. The display adapts depending on the session mode:

  • If the session was configured to first display a statement, then the question, two answers are displayed for each question: your initial answer and your final answer, allowing you to see if you have changed your mind after seeing the complete question.
  • If the session was configured to display the question directly, only one answer will then appear.

Your answers are represented by colored badges bearing the corresponding letter (A, B, or C), in the platform's thematic colors. If you have not answered a question (for example, due to exceeding the time limit or a temporary absence), a gray dotted badge containing a dash will be displayed instead.

When you changed your answer between the initial and final phases and entered a comment to justify the change, a small yellow question mark icon appeared in the upper right corner of your final answer's badge, slightly tilted. Hovering your mouse over this badge displayed a tooltip with the full explanation you had written.
