Invitation System

The Invitation System is the security mechanism that allows you to join existing organisations on the ELEVATE Self Assessment Tool (SAT) platform without having to recreate a user account.

1. View your Pending Invitations

All requests for affiliation sent by administrators of external organisations are grouped in the invitations tab on the Hub.

This tab lists all invitations received with the name of the organisation and the role offered to you.

The organisation corresponds to the official name of the structure or company that wishes to add you to its staff.

The role corresponds to the one that will be assigned to you in this organisation, for example Participant, Manager or Owner.

2. Accepting or Decline an Invitation

For each invitation received, you have two quick action buttons to accept or decline the invitation.

Option A: Accept the invitation

By clicking the Accept button, your user profile is officially registered in this organisation's member directory. The role and group assigned to you are those defined by the administrator.

The invitation is then marked as processed and permanently disappears from your list of pending invitations.

The organisation is immediately added to your organisations tab. You can then click on it to access its dashboard and participate in self-assessments.

Option B: Decline the invitation

By clicking the Decline button, you refuse to be included in this workspace.

The invitation has been permanently removed from the system and will no longer appear on your screen.

The organisation administrator will see that the invitation is no longer active and will have to generate a new one if the refusal was accidental.

If you are expecting an invitation from an organisation and it does not appear in your list, verify that the email address entered by the administrator corresponds exactly to that of your ELEVATE SAT account.
